Our Promise

Correspondence

We notify you of all Court settings and updates in writing, either by mail or email. We also help you prepare for your DWI court appearance. If you’re ever unsure, give us a call.

Phone calls

All calls will be returned by a member of our firm by the end of the next business day.

Videotapes

A copy of your tape will be made and mailed to you shortly after being received from the District Attorney’s Office. These videotapes are not made available to us until the case is officially filed and scheduled for a Court date, which could take weeks or months. Please be patient.

Offense Reports

You will receive a copy of your offense report as soon as it becomes available to us. Some Courts have an open-file policy, meaning we can view any and all documents in the State’s file and make copies of the offense reports. On the other hand, some Courts do not allow such copies to be made, thus we have to dictate these reports into a digital recorder and transcribe them.

Trial Conference

A trial conference will be conducted in our office to ensure that we can properly and effectively discuss all the facts of your case. This will be done prior to your final setting and will ensure that the proper decision is made.

Regular Updates

Our trained staff will provide you with regular updates on the status of your case. Our paralegals are here to answer your questions from 7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday-Thursday and 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Friday.

Thorough Investigation

A full and complete investigation will be conducted into all the facts of your case. Unlike other firms, we visit the scene of the arrest, take pictures, interview witnesses, research pertinent case law, create exhibits, etc. Our goal is to develop the best possible defense for your case.

Law Review

Case law changes on a daily basis. We stay up to date on the law, as it may impact your case and driver’s license.
